It's all in your gut.

If I had to choose a one word question for the rest of my life. I would choose the word why. "Why" is the only word that can give you all the answers if you just keep repeating it. Why am I sick? Why does this happen when I eat this? Why do feel like this? Why am I turning out like mother despite taking good care of my health. Then you can start ask the "what" question.

What are the contributing factors that make me think I should start investigating this further? What is causing this reaction when I eat this? What is making me so sick? What has made me feel better? What am I going to do to get better?

All of your illnesses are the reasons you haven't achieved your dreams, the reason why you look at the world with such negativity. It all has to do with the state of your gut health. How can anyone look at the world with possibilities when they are in constant pain and constantly sick. From the bed to the bathroom just doesn't have as good as a ring as from the window to the wall. Which he could have you bent over at but you always say no because you just don't have the energy. It's hard to feel sexy when you're sick all the time. It's hard to love yourself when you feel like your body is betraying you.

It's hard to find the answers if you feel like you've tried everything and even doctors don't know where to start. Labs come back normal and they don't have an answer as to why your sick all the time and why your pancreatic enzymes are elevated. Eventually you give up and live within pain everyday like it's some normal part of life.

I'm here to tell you it's not normal. It's not okay and it's not anyone's fault. However at some point you need to take accountability with how things are turning out. Doctors will not have all the answers. There is no magic pill, no quick fixes but long term investments into your personal health, well being, mental state and general sense of where you are ending up and why.

That why question turns into why not me? I will find an answer, I will get up and out of bed even if it hurts and I can't keep food down. My biggest online motivational quote is; "You can't chase your dreams from your bed." I had a high school teacher who changed my life, Mr. Magnifico. He taught me many things in life. That I would edit videos in the future, that I would only break the cycle with my ex by leaving him and that 80% of life is just showing up presently. The was the teacher who got me to fall in love with Tuesdays with Maury and the 7 secrets to life.

That is what great coaches and teachers do to you. They change something within you and completely change the course of your entire life. They make you think, question and even dislike them at the time. I still think about the teacher who taught me so many things that I wouldn't have learned otherwise. It has really showed me the impact I create everyday I post, write a blog, create a inspiring video. I've stopped caring about likes, followers and the reason I started social media in the first place.

My purpose is to change many lives. I always knew I wasn't meant to make small impressions. So I never make small moves. Even this blog, it feels small right now even though I just started taking it more seriously despite writing on it for over 3 years. The right people find what they need, when they need it. I know that this blog will be big one day. For now I keep adding to what I like to call is My Online Journal.

That's where inspiration comes from. Uncertainty of what is coming next. For example, this "blog"? Is not called a blog anymore. It's beautiful to let yourself flow into what your are supposed to do with your life. How can I help you achieve your goals? What is your why and what are you going to about it?

Let's book a call and chat about all the ways I can help you.
